It is the third most important city in Ecuador. It is a wonderful colonial town surrounded by beautiful valleys and a mystic national park, called Las Cajas. Here you can not only study but visit different small towns such as Chordeleg (where jewelry is made of gold and silver), Ingapirca, the only Incas ruins in the country, and factories of the famous “Panama hats.”
